Introduction
The Threefold Collective ("we", "us", or "our") is a digital design studio based in the Philippines, serving clients locally and internationally. We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it with transparency, care, and respect.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our website or engage our services. By using our site or contacting us, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Applicable Law
This policy is governed primarily by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. For clients and visitors located outside the Philippines, we also observe the relevant data protection principles of your jurisdiction — including, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for those in the European Economic Area, and equivalent frameworks for other regions.
Where local laws grant stronger protections than those described here, we will endeavour to honour those standards.
Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services and communicate with you effectively:
- Contact details — your name, business name, email, optional phone number, location and timezone.
- Project and review information — website URL, business type, platform, priorities, project details, timelines, budgets, source, brand preferences and filenames you choose to share.
- Website scan information — submitted email and public URL, scan status and technical results needed to display and email the requested result.
- Communications — records of correspondence via email or messaging platforms.
- Usage and device data — pages, events, device, network and pseudonymous identifiers processed by analytics where permitted and consented to.
Please do not submit health, financial, login credentials or other sensitive information in open text fields. The site does not collect payment-card details; future payments must use a hosted payment page, and Threefold will not directly receive full card details.
How We Use Your Information
Information is used solely to:
- Respond to inquiries and deliver agreed design services.
- Communicate project updates, revisions, and deliverables.
- Issue invoices and manage project administration.
- Improve our website and the quality of our work.
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party — ever.
Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience and help us understand how the site is used. You may disable cookies through your browser settings at any time, though some features may not function as intended.
Google Analytics may process cookies, device, network and pseudonymous identifiers. It should load only where consent is legally required and has been provided. Theme and unfinished-form preferences may use limited local storage; you can clear these through your browser.
Third-Party Services
Processors may include Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for contact management after a secure server connection is configured, an email provider, exchange-rate or geolocation providers where enabled, and a future hosted payment provider. Their locations and terms may differ from yours.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites linked from our site. We encourage you to review their policies independently.
International Data Transfers
Information may be processed or stored in countries other than your own. Transfer safeguards depend on the relevant provider and contract; Threefold does not claim a safeguard is in place until it has been verified.
Data Security & Retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions. Unconverted scan records are targeted for deletion within 90 days; unsuccessful enquiries within 12 months; client and transaction records are retained for the period required by tax, accounting and legal obligations; analytics retention follows the configured provider setting. These periods may be shortened after a verified deletion request unless retention is legally required.
When personal information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or permanently anonymised.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations.
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
- Data portability, where applicable under your local law.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based.
- Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines at privacy.gov.ph, or with your local data protection authority if you are outside the Philippines.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us and we will respond promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The most current version will always be available at thethreefoldcollective.com. Continued use of our website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
